The scrunchie's lastic loosen in a week of usage. I also ordered their protein mask which fiercely dried my hair, took away shine and caused extreme hairfall. Their heat protectant spray is something I can say is upto the mark. And also their lip balm was a somewhat sticky weird thing which never helped with lips dryness.
